Delivery Locations

Red Kicks offers delivery across Egypt.

Shipping Fee

The standard shipping fee is 48 EGP for all orders across Egypt.

The applicable shipping fee will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days from the order confirmation date, depending on the delivery location and courier operations.

Friday is considered a non-operational shipping day.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by public holidays, courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order Confirmation

Orders may be confirmed by phone or through our customer service team before shipment.

Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are accurate to avoid delays.

Try Before You Pay

You may inspect and try on the shoes in front of the courier before accepting and paying for your order.

Order Refusal

If an order is refused upon delivery without a valid reason, the customer will be responsible for the applicable shipping fees.

Any applicable fees are handled directly with Red Kicks, not with the courier.

Cancellation After Shipping

If an order is cancelled after it has already been shipped, the customer will be responsible for the applicable shipping fees.
