Refund policy

You can request a product exchange within 14 Day of receiving your order.

If there's an issue with the size simply contact us and we’ll arrange for a courier to handle the exchange.

Try before you pay: You can try on the shoes in front of the courier before confirming the order.

If the order is refused upon delivery without a valid reason the customer will be charged the shipping cost (paid to us, not the courier).

If the order is cancelled after it has been shipped, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.

No exchanges or returns are allowed after 14 Day.
